It was my first visit to CPAP Direct. I bought several replacement parts: a new mask, tubing and a water reservoir. The appointment was easy to book and they saw me the same week. Prices were awesome and they helped me with my insurance forms. I will be back.

Definitely 5-Star rating! Called CPAP Direct first with some questions, they were answered immediately. Booked an appointment for a new machine. My nurse was patient, helpful and educated me on how the new unit works. I’ll definitely be purchasing from CPAP Direct again.

Great people, great products and stellar service !Though I was at first hesitant when I arrived at my appointment, my comfort level grew as I built my package. I had a lot of questions and the RT helping me was committed to helping me select the right items, who really knew the product…not just sales.
