Return Policy

 
HomeReturn Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, and subject to our Rest Easy Promise (see www.cpapdirect.ca/resteasy), PAP machines and opened accessories such as masks, hoses, filters, chambers etc. are non-returnable and are considered final sale.

If your product is still in its original sealed packaging, with the exception of PAP machines, as-is products, or special orders, we will accept a return of it for a full reselection credit or refund within seven (7) days of the original date of purchase. Once the product packaging has been removed or your product is in an open condition, we’re unable to offer reselections or refunds. We retain the right to do a product assessment prior to authorizing a reselection credit or return. You must provide your original receipt to be eligible for a reselection credit or a refund.
